Main Responsibilities of the Position: 1. Giving individual sessions to the people most in need of this service. 2. Designs, plans, organizes, and implements psycho-social group sessions for children and adults to foster their well-being and strengthen their ability to cope with their situation. 3. Supports the Team in tasks related to all Protection Issues arising in the Centre and Outreach. 4. Identifies children and adults who need specialized psycho-social support and refers them in accordance with JRS internal referral mechanisms. 5. Ensures activities and programs run according to the plan and best practices. 6. Facilitates and participates in the analysis of the existing psycho-social cases, through transparent scoping activities, i.e., workshops, sessions, support groups. 7. Submits data for required reports and prepares monthly reports and updates as required by the Lead Psychologist. 8. Analyses the needs of refugees and suggests new initiatives to the Lead Psychologist
