  -Co-ordinate’s placement of risks, including production of documentation to assist placement and
  maintenance throughout the risk life cycle (Underwriting Submissions, Market Reform Contracts,
  Wordings, Endorsements.
  -Monitor and maintain workflow, budgetary records, debit notes and policy wordings operate a
  paperless filing system and strives to streamline processes.
  -Develop and maintain an active role/relationship with clients via e-mail, telephone and face-to-
  face, dealing with Client, Underwriter and Market Representative resolving or referring all queries
  to a satisfactory level

-Setting up meetings with new business accounts

-Setting up handling terms for claims

-Providing contact center support for new policies

-Manage own workload in order to effectively service the client relationship and ensure placements

are completed within client deadlines.

-Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with   external contacts and internal

departments to create a better customer experience.

-Handling complaints and negotiations
