Manager of IT (Information Technology) & Productivity who has been in the FMCG industry for more than 12 years, Translate the Information Technology Department strategies and policies into operational plans and organizing the work of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Department and overseeing its implementation to deliver services and achieve its objectives, with passion for Automation, Digital Transformation and applied latest techniques and concepts of (ITaaS) IT as a service that helping business moving forward with love of commitment and continuous development.
Responsibilities & Technical Experience:
• Developing & Implementing IT policy, strategies and infrastructure and best practice guides for the organization.
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Assesses need for new equipment & software, identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Budget Management Prepare and propose IT infrastructure & Operations department budget and control expenditures within the approved budget to enable department to estimate projected expenditures to ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources.
• Manage Servers, PCs, Databases (On-premises and Cloud).
• LANs and WANs Networks Management, planning, design and configuration.
• Ensure applying Cyber Security Concepts in organization for systems, data, network access, identifies and eliminates security risks. 
• Manage Backup of Servers, Systems, Data and DR (disaster recovery site) (On-premise and Cloud).
• Extensive experience managing Van Sales Systems (Applied 6 Different systems) with MDM systems.
• Manage ERP Systems, upgrades and troubleshooting with third parties for support.
• Manage Business Email Systems (Gmail, Office365, etc.)
• Manage Data-driven culture with business intelligence, using Microsoft Power BI. 
• Knowledge in Global Positioning System (GPS), Fleet Management System, Geographical locations of point of sales.
• Knowledge in CCTV Systems & Access Doors Controls.
• Very Good Knowledge in ITIL.
• Vendor/ Service Provider Management: Oversee, manage, follow up, negotiate contracts and maintain strong working relationship with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Manage IT Staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance with Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
