Over my 7 years working In different positions and in different areas where I ran many programs as as Case manager, ECCD Officer, PSS & Life skills coordinator & Senior Social Worker at Relief International, I accumulated extensive experience and skills in program coordination I wish to apply for this exciting opportunity at your institution . 

In all my roles as I mention it above at Relief International, I have proven to be a reliable, professional and efficient manager. Given my responsibility to not only provide technical support and advice as needed for trainers, but also be primarily responsible for Working with education program management team to recruit trainers, I am accustomed to performing important tasks in a high-pressure environment. 

Relief International would benefit from my superior skills in the following areas:

• Ability to manage and implement projects with its various cycles.
• Conducting training workshop for PSS and life skills trainers 
• Provide strategies in designing planned interventions for challenging students.
• Assist youth in gaining and utilizing skills necessary to participate successfully in school.

• Develop action plans commensurate with the needs of students and their educational levels.
• Organizes seminars and lectures dealing with different student issues.
• Conduct studies, research and surveys related to the needs of psychosocial support services for Syrian children and youth inside refugee.
