With a diverse and dynamic professional background, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that spans technical support, content moderation, customer operations, and sales. Currently serving as a Technical Support Advisor at Webhelp since November 2022, my responsibilities include creative problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction, and employing analytical skills. In my previous role at BIGO as a Content Security Moderator from July 2021 to August 2022, I proactively identified and addressed illegal content violations, summarizing features and data related to illicit behaviors. Earlier experiences include roles in customer operations and contact center executive functions at Aramex, where I handled tracking, shipping, and receiving tasks. Additionally, I briefly took on the role of a Sales Engineer and Production Sales Consultant at Universal Chemical Additives. Beyond my professional journey, I've explored my passion for content creation as a Content Writer at Mawdoo3. Engaging in various extracurricular activities, I have contributed as an organizer for the Asian/Oceanian Boxing Road To Tokyo tournament, served as a member of the Youth Club at the Jordan Engineers Association, and participated actively in the University of Jordan Union. My commitment to community service is evident through roles such as a supervisor and tourist guide for the 1001 Invention exhibition at the Jordan Museum and volunteering with the Independent Election Commission of Jordan in September 2016. This multifaceted background reflects my adaptability, strong work ethic, and commitment to making meaningful contributions in diverse professional and community settings.

My academic journey has been focused on cultivating a strong foundation in engineering and management. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at The University of Jordan's ABET accredited School of Engineering from February 2016 to September 2021. This laid the groundwork for my pursuit of a Master of Engineering Management at Mutah University's ABET accredited School of Engineering, which I began in October 2021 and continue to the present. Throughout my academic endeavors, I have maintained an excellent GPA, reflecting my commitment to mastering a multidisciplinary field that integrates advanced business methods, engineering techniques, risk management, and innovative tools. This educational background equips me with the knowledge and skills needed to design, manage, and enhance complex systems, aligning with my goal of achieving organizational objectives in both technical and managerial capacities.
