    • About the job

      Company Description Modern Design House (MDH) is an engineering design firm located in Amman, Jordan that specializes in building engineering. The team consists of experienced staff with various local and regional experiences to handle different types of projects and demands. MDH was founded in 2019 by Bashar Hamam with the goal of providing engineering services to Jordan and the Gulf region. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer who will be responsible for calculations, structural analysis and design, and computer-aided design (Revit, CAD). The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for management of project deliverables and design quality assurance. Qualifications
    • Excellent knowledge of calculations, structural analysis, and structural engineering
    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field with minimum 8 years' experience.
    • Well experienced in CSI software's "Etabs & SAFE"
    • Good knowledge in high-rise structural design
    • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (Revit & CAD) software
    • Experience in project management and quality assurance
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and leadership
    • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Experience with building codes and standards "SBC, ACI, ASCE, etc.."
