    • Work with MOF counterparts to build capacity in policy analysis and forecasting skills including macroeconomic modelling
    • Will coordinate and seek technical support from our subcontractor Georgia State University that will provide technical assistance and mentoring in forecasting models.
    • Mentor analyst in either a revamped Studies and Economic Policies Directorate (SEPD) or a new Macro Fiscal Unit (MFU).
    • Provide on-the-job training on quantitative methods.
    • Support the work of the MFU by enabling them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively, and without substituting MFU staff responsibilities.
