    • Implement a database of all outputs and results of the project and maintain it with database management officer.
    • Coordinate and undertake capacity building activities and training workshops in M&E to IRJ staff and provide technical support to partners or volunteers in monitoring and evaluation.
    • Conduct regular visits to field locations to support monitoring and evaluation processes and collect feedback and complaint boxes located on field offices
