    • Record and maintain accurate and timely financial information in accounting records and report to JPS in a timely and reliable manner, including monitoring of balances and payments.
    • Prepare monthly expenditure forecasts as per the project work plan and the monthly budget versus actual expenditure report.
    • Ensure the development, management and monitoring of the annual budget and maintain strict control of all expenditures through in-depth analysis.
    • Conduct regular monitoring of petty cash.
    • Develop and monitor monthly cash flow statements and ensure that cash flow requirements are met at all times.
