    • Exercise overall responsibility for financial management of the project, track budget and ensure that all activities and expenditure are conducted within budget allocations and manages project activities according to the scope of the grant and budget.
    • Provide overall strategic direction and visualization of PM role within the tendency toward full digitalization and using information technology measures.
    • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
    • Works with the Project Team to implement monitoring and evaluation plans for the project, and facilitate monitoring and review of the project with staff and partners to assess outcomes and capture lessons learned.
    • Continuously seeking new partnership and projects opportunities and the ability to prepare concept notes to be submitted for new grants or funding opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships and coordination between partner entities to ensure a high-quality, transparent, and evidence-based program implementation and evaluation
    • Closely monitor project progress, including performance and quality;
    • Undertake duties such as: Trouble-shooting & problem-solving, including analysis of the problem & exploration of resolution options and offering specialist advice on steps necessary for project recovery & presenting recommendations to senior management.
    • Assist in the compilation of data for weekly, bi-weekly reports and quarterly reports with the Medical manager and Upper Management.
    • Contribute to production of proposals for new projects.
    • Work with field teams and logistics to procure project supplies within project budgets.
    • Regularly update the Program Director on progression of project s as per protocol.
    • Liaise closely with local authorities, donor and partner agencies to ensure project compliance with donor policies and regulations and complementary with other agencies' efforts.
    • Maintain flexibility to take on added responsibility as and when needed
