    Notre m tier consiste transformer les r ves de nos clients acqu reurs en r alit , de les accompagner sur lensemble de leur parcours dachat immobilier : du conseil, la recherche, en passant par les visites, la n gociation, ladministratif et ce, jusqu leur emm nagement.



    Nous repr sentons uniquement leurs int r ts et sommes l pour simplifier, s curiser et redonner une dimension plaisir leur achat immobilier.



    Nous te proposons un plan de formation sur 30 jours pour faire de toi un pro de la chasse immobili re


    Tu deviens ensuite membre de la famille SKADI, nous t apporterons alors du coaching terrain, des ateliers en quipe, des changes de best practice, de la convivialit , de l entraide


    A ton tour, tu deviendras chef de famille , tu monteras ta propre quipe et tu feras voluer ton m tier en te constituant une r mun ration r currente bas e sur la performance de tes chasseurs

    Quel que soit ton parcours professionnel, les trois qualit s indispensables pour exercer le m tier de chasseur immobilier sont :

    - Avoir un super relationnel

    - tre connect (e) et ultra r actif(ve)

    - tre passionn (e) et sinvestir fond.


    Si tu coches ces cases, SKADI soccupe de te former, te coacher, te fournir les outils pour faire de toi un chasseur immobilier performant qui va prendre du plaisir dans son m tier au quotidien

    Plan de r mun ration et perspectives

    Chez SKADI, tu as 4 leviers de r mun ration (tous non plafonn s) :

    # De 70% 90% des honoraires sur les missions de chasse que tu aboutis, en fonction de ta performance annuelle

    # 100% de la r mun ration que tu g n res via la mise en relation avec les partenaires (courtiers en financement, travaux, ?)

    # Tu per ois de la r mun ration si tu transmets un client un autre chasseur

    # Tu as la possibilit de cr er ta propre famille de chasseurs en parrainant de nouveaux chasseurs et ainsi percevoir des revenus r currents sur 3 niveaux

    Tu lauras compris, au-del des leviers de r mun ration, SKADI te donne toutes les cl s pour construire laventure professionnelle qui te correspond



    Nous proposons un statut dagent commercial ind pendant. Tu peux exercer en tant quautoentrepreneur ou en en soci t . Quel que soit le statut que tu choisis, SKADI taccompagne et te conseille chaque tape pour te faciliter au maximum la phase de cr ation. De plus, tu nas aucun pack payer, SKADI prend enti rement en charge ta formation, la mise disposition des outils, le support, les supports marketing.

    Qui mieux quun chasseur en exercice pour te parler de son m tier Tu auras ensuite le fondateur pour changer sur ton projet.
