  Mission
  
  Deel is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of key projects within your program. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Deel's platform.
  
  Responsibilities
  
• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, functional departments and other relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize basic SQL and data skills to analyze project metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Proactively initiate and drive improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
