    • Engineering Excellence: Drive excellence in engineering practices, focusing on quality, innovation, and the successful delivery of healthcare technology solutions.
    • Technical Expertise:

    · Programming Languages: Hands-on experience in Java, with proficiency in Spring framework.

    · Web Frameworks: Expertise in web frameworks such as JSF (JavaServer Faces) and Primefaces.

    · Database Technologies: Familiarity with DB technologies like Oracle DB and NoSQL databases. Ensure efficient data management in healthcare applications.

    · Software Engineering: Apply software engineering principles to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

    · Infrastructure Technologies: Familiarity with scalable infrastructure technologies, ensuring the efficiency of healthcare technology platforms.

    · Healthcare Technologies: Preferred experience with technologies specific to the healthcare domain.

    5. System Understanding: Strong understanding of system design, data flow, scalability considerations, and continuous integration/deployment processes within healthcare applications.

    6. Product Sense: A keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to ensuring the success of healthcare technology products and solutions.
