    S/he will serve as a team leader of the project team with the following responsibilities:

    Provide direction and leadership in advocating project objectives and in ensuring that all interested stakeholder and partners are well informed about the project activities and goals.

    Develop selection criteria and vulnerability assessment in order to identify potential candidates from among refugees and vulnerable Jordanians to apply for positions at the three enterprises (Crafts, wood work and food production)

    Supervise the financing for beneficiaries to participate in a programme of their choice at the 3 enterprises related to Crafts, wood work and food production.

    Coordinate research development and provide feedback and recommendation whenever needed to ensure that the research comply with the project objective and donor requests.

    Supervise the establishment and refurbishment of the business incubator/community spaces in Amman and Mafraq.
