• Key job responsibilities
  
  This role requires an employee to take calls, emails and support seller partners through chats as well.
  
  Majority of the communications with the SPs is over the phone calls, employee should be comfortable to communicate in Hindi as well along with being proficient in English.
  
  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Basic Qualifications
  
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel
  
• Preferred Qualifications
  
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
