    • We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith Here's where you come in: As the Director of Programs, you will provide strategic and field operations leadership for World Vision's sustained humanitarian and recovery response in Jordan, Syria, and Türkiye.
    • Key areas of focus include program implementation and impact, technical quality, donor liaison, representation, partner liaison and localization and staff capacity building. You will ensure strong strategic links, integration, and
    • coordination between grant acquisition and management, program quality, field operations, and organisational objectives to achieve impact on child well-being.
    • You will also ensure that the World Vision Syria Response is accountable to all partners and that all work is of the highest standard, cost-effective, and adheres to the standards and policies of World Vision International and its donors. Requirements include:
    • Masters' degree or equivalent in international relations, international development, or any other related discipline.
    • 10+ years of proven experience with International NGOs in emergency relief and development programming, especially in fragile contexts.
    • Extensive experience in programme management and implementation of multi-sectoral emergency and development projects.
    • Proven track record of growing and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
    • Fluency in written and spoken the English language is required.
    • 30% travel required locally and internationally.
