    • Support loyal customers of across all platforms
    • Partner with our customers to effectively answer inquiries through various channels (Phone calls, Emails, Live Chat, Social Media, Zoom calls, and in-person).
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries within the agreed SLA's.
    • Train customers on how to use products effectively.
    • Developing an understanding of a customer's current state process and developing future state recommendations.
    • Diagnose software issues and engage with our product, QA, and engineering teams using established processes.
    • Take ownership of technical issues and customers problems from beginning to end.
    • Improve our help center by preparing articles and videos that help our customers to navigate on the system.
