    • A documented background in visual storytelling with a strong on-camera portfolio
    • Strong writing/editing/communication experience - explaining complex topics in a simple, engaging way is a key to success in this position
    • A demonstrated ability to create, whether that s in the crafting world or other creative realms - experience using Cricut products, including Design Space Software will receive special consideration
    • Training or teaching experience, particularly of technical topics
    • The ability to take direction, work closely with a producer and a video team
    • Strong organizational skills
    • The demonstrated ability to plan and finish multiple projects simultaneously
