    • Ensure that high quality reports to donors are submitted on time and are coherent and accurately written (monthly, quarterly, interim and/or final report depending on donor deadlines).
    • Maintain hard and soft files on RI Jordan's grant portfolio.
    • Act as counterpart of RI Awards Management Unit focal points.
    • Provide all country office teams with relevant donor compliance guidance and refresher sessions
    • Lead on Grant Opening and Closing meetings, as well as monthly/regular grants review meetings and ensure proper follow up of issues raised.
