Duties and Responsibiliies:
Business Development Component:
Preparation of Training Package.
Design and development of Curriculums.
Presentation design and preparation.
Design and management of advertising campaigns.
Designing advertising and promotional materials
Preparation the Business development Materials to cover
financial management, business management, business Identity
and digital marketing subjects, as well as business plan
development.
Develop and submit a training package, including the training
plan, timetable, all required materials and tools, and a pre- and
post- training questionnaire.
Conducting all Small Business training of four days each, following the
end of each CFWs rotation with approximately 20 participants in each
session with focus on:
Providing training and mentoring to trainees.
Basic business principles
Developing and pitching ideas for trainees.
Leading the task on market research plans to identify new
opportunities.
Working with BNFs to implement marketing strategies and new
opportunities and encourage new and existing clients by creating
and improving products and services.
Tracking expenses and maintaining the project budget.
Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
Analyzing current and past financial data and providing
strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
Development of business plans (business plan and business
model) based on the skills and experience of the participants, and market opportunities.
Oversee the development of beneficiary business plans and
review all business plans upon submission in coordination with
the Livelihoods officer and the PM.
Support the PM with delivering Business development Trainings
and coaching for the grantees during the small businesses set up.
Any other necessary day-to-day duties, as requested by PM.
