Wael has  Twenty years of police backgrounds, judicial investigation, protection of civilians, community policing, rescue security, specialized lecturer and training of trainers, preliminary crime investigation, special weapons and techniques, crime emergency response,  juvenile justice officer , social worker , case manager – women & families , lecturer in juvenile law in Jordan and child labor .

Wael graduated from the University of Jordan at Amman with degree in psychology , which helps him to run his duties in sufficient and professional manner and cover out how people change as they grow up from birth through to adolescence and trying to explain how these important changes occur and teenagers different just because of their experiences of the world, or what role is played by biological changes within the individual.

Wael is a Dedicated and experienced Juvenile Counselor and worker with over 10 years of experiencing helping juvenile offenders grow and transform into productive, happy, and law-abiding citizens.

Experienced in counseling offenders in private and group settings, rehabilitating them and helping them return to a normal and ordinary life.

Experienced in developing and fostering positive and influential relationships with at-risk and troubled youth, providing them with helpful mentoring and guidance.

Wael is someone who keeps his commitments to integrity, safety, and the mental and physical health of clients.

Wael  has experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions .
