My self Darshan K. Shastri, accounting / finance professional with 10+ years of experience.
I am Indian origin currently working in Jordan.
I am commerce graduate with Master of Business Administration in Finance, Postgraduate. Diploma in Tax & Audit Practice.
I Have experience from different countries like Kenya 8 years as Regional Management Accountant and currently working in Jordan as Project Finance Manager since 2021.
Have experience of finance, accounts, operations etc. from different industries like Real estate & development, manufacturing automotive batteries and agricultural & horticultural growing, postharvest & export sectors.
During my experience I am been part of operations, procurement, projection, forecast, budget , accounting activities, budget, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, MIS, cash flow, payroll, financial analysis, business projection, actual vs budget analysis, financial management, interpersonal communication, cost accounting etc.
To achieve the tasks I obtain skills in personality team building, honesty, team leading, time management, analytical skills, detail oriented, planning, financial analysis, reporting, nterpersonal communication, Implementation of ERPs, Business module etc.

Management of accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 Direct and oversee all aspects of Finance function of regional operating entities
 Ensure that adequate financial management routines and systems are in place, and that the general accepted accounting practices and standards are adhered to.
 Responsible for monthly closing accounts, management accounts of each farm
 Putting in place and implementing strong internal control systems, ensuring procedures and processes are followed in all departments to make sure company run efficiently and effectively to meet its objectives.
 Reviewing and finalizing monthly management accounts and Accounting.
 Management of fixed assets exercise, register and accounting
 Liaising with the supplier, customers for their credit limits
 Accounts payable & receivable analysis and strategic planning
 Handling Procurement and inventory management functions for our product portfolio by ensuring an effective and efficient inventory system is in place.
 Handling costing for all our sales products and responsible for Company’s price list for each crop on every year budget for every farm in region
 Costing and gross margin for each crop / product, each variety, each sites with their geographical, technical, varies
 Costing & Gross margin analysis to set on price, breakeven, forecast & budget each tenure / season of the year
 To ensure the Company's operations are smooth, systematic and to the required standards.
 Forecast & Budget for short term / midterm and long term with product varies
 Design, Determine and analyze each cost center of each unit / site / crop according to nature of consumption
 Reviewing costing & gross margin for overseeing of Profit & loss, budget every month
 Business strategies implementation and review quarterly accordingly to actual gross margin and forecast figures
 Controlling cash flow analysis, inventory analysis, procurement & projection for real time cost of consumption to determine accurate forecast and future gross margin
 ERP /SAP / Florena / Florina soft wear implement and management in region
 Implement group financial strategies, policies with performance measure
 Ensure effective control of accounting, financial and operational across region
 Oversight and management of stores, admin, procurement across the region to determine accurate operational costing & controlling allocated budget
