I am a Professional Executive with over Thirty Years of experience in various Computer and IT Technical Support roles, including Management and Sales, with in-depth experience in Project Management. I have a diverse background, having been born in Saudi Arabia, raised, and educated in London and the United States. 

I am known for being Highly Motivated, Responsible, Hardworking, Conscientious, Helpful, and Flexible. I have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. I excel at developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

With over thirty years of experience in computer and IT technical support, I have a deep understanding of management and project management. My core competencies lie in IT project management, customer service management, and stakeholder relations. Throughout my career, I have consistently taken on challenging assignments and delivered exceptional outcomes through effective strategizing, planning, budgeting, resourcing, and execution at various organizational levels.

I hold an Associate degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from RETS Electronics Institute in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. I was awarded Certificates of Achievement for Academic Excellence during my studies.

I am a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certified., also achieved the highest award for Art and Drawings at Arnos High School in London.

I have completed various training courses related to Project Management, Communication, Sales, Technical and Management Skills.

In addition to my Professional Experience, I am fluent in English and Arabic and have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing major electronic devices.
