I am a computer engineer with seven years of experience. My most recent role was as a Data Analyst for four years.

• Earned an Academic IELTS certification during maternity leave.
• Trained and oversaw two IT staff members at the Development & Social Services Association, resulting in improved IT operations and support for women and children in need.
• Developed and implemented database structures and features, created procedures using SQL language on MS SQL database Server, consolidated information from different sources, and analyzed data to produce meaningful results for decision-making at the Development & Social Services Association.
• Tested software development methodology and provided ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations at the Development & Social Services Association.

• Taught CCNA and ICDL courses at Sight and Sound Academy, helping students to acquire valuable IT skills and certifications.
