Responsible for managing technologists under the guidance of the lab director and it is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of subordinates and planning all sectional administrative functions in line with the laboratory management’s vision through daily workflow direction and technical supervision. He/ She is also responsible for performing a variety of laboratory procedures in the assigned sections, including planning, developing, and writing procedures for the laboratory tests and ensuring prompt and accurate testing and reporting of results for all clinical samples within the established timeframes. Also has the authority to determine which products to use.
