In my Service Delivery quality management Manager role, I honed my abilities in results-based management through Project management and Capacity building, in addition, my experience as a public health promotion officer with Oxfam at Al Za'atri camp has also sharpened my experiences in working in an emergency context with a vulnerable population during which I was with the team working on polio outbreak crisis management, providing a firm foundation for this position. My decision-making, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent critical thinking skills.

Here are some of my professional highlights:  [Managing more than seven breast cancer  screening projects with a total budget over 1.5 million JD , these projects were solely managed by me , I established five of them  with an outstanding track record, utilizing the scarce resources , building the capacities of the MoH staff , managing the projects’ teams , building partnerships and integrating them within the projects’ management process ][managing building the capacities of more than 400 healthcare providers through various and up-to-date modalities; fellowship, hands-on training, practical and theoretical training as well as establishing new training programs ][Organizing three regional conferences and managing one of them from planning phase till post execution, the one that I managed received participants from more than 10 nationalities regionally and internationally , hosting best renowned speakers in their field, and was sponsored from big specialized international companies][building relationships with academics helped me in Performing Researches , studies, developing and updating guidelines in the breast cancer screening field][Establishing a public health promotion program- with an emphasis on hygiene promotion and disease prevention for Syrian refugees in three districts at Al Za'atari camp , managing a team of assistant who were accountable of the implementation by delegating them , they were additionally engaged in designing program interventions  ] [Creating partnerships with NGOs working on WASH and hygiene promotion to align our interventions and maximize the benefits .Moreover, being a part in the camp’s health coordination gave me the opportunity to participate in health issues decision making ]
