    • About the job

      For a one-year project with the government, as outlined below: Consultative Tasks:
    • Preparation and Review of Procurement Plans and Technical Support:Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports as per procurement and contract regulations.
    • Providing technical assistance for statistical analysis and procurement studies, and conducting informative sessions on procurement processes.
    • Assisting in audit procedures and offering recommendations for enhancing procurement efficiency.
    • Participating in strategic procurement planning and training client teams on execution methodologies.
    • Preparation and Execution of Procurement, Technical, and Financial Studies:
    • Training on drafting technical specifications and tender invitations, and participating in their execution.
    • Assistance in bid management and providing support for technical and financial studies.
    • Training on issuing award letters and contracting companies.
    • Technical support for procedures related to issuing completion certificates and payments.
    • Requirements:
    • University degree or equivalent.
    • Completion of both external and internal training courses in procurement and tendering processes.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in governmental procurement.
    • Proficiency in Arabic and English for correspondence.
    • Ability to prepare technical and financial reports and recommendations.
    • Experience in compiling statistics and studies for procurement plans.
    • Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts.
    • Skilled in delivering professional training programs.
    • Familiarity with modern electronic programs and correspondence.
