    • Supervision of engineering team.
    • Validate the technical data gathering process, prepare plans, prioritizes, & assigns tasks.
    • Validate, Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, specifications, cost estimates and recommendations for the projects in addition to perform design tasks, prepare bid documents including drawings and specifications, and organizing all drawings, reports, calculations, and associated project deliverables, in a close coordination with the project manager.
    • Ensuring that the construction component are managed according to Blumont and client specifications and project schedules and deadlines are met.
    • Working with the team members on preparation and evaluation of the project tenders including preparation of tenders, BoQs and specifications.
    • Providing technical direction and guidance to the engineering team including oversight on all construction activities. Trouble-shoot field issues as they arise and provide timely, cost- effective solutions.
    • Responsible for the successful execution of all construction activities while meeting QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
    • Ensuring the effective Engineering, Planning, Quality, Survey, Cost Control and Scheduling functions for the project.
    • Monitoring, supervising & overseeing the overall construction work to ensure that all of the structures are implemented according to the approved designs & specifications.
    • Ensuring that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
    • Maintain current documentation for all projects and project control systems and coordinate with staff accordingly.
    • Responsible for scheduling and validating periodic progress reporting for the construction component.
    • Ensure documentation procedures are properly implemented at all project sites.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
