    • Collaborates with the project & construction coordinator to timely submit the purchase requests (PRs), follow up on the progress, and maintain records of all completed procurement dossiers.
    • Collect GRRs from the receivers in the project site, submit to the concerned department, tracking and reporting on all Deliveries from the suppliers.
    • Collaborate with the cash officer for the daily operation cash advance & maintain a database to keep track of the payments
    • Supervises and trains drivers' on Blumont fleet SOP's.
    • Develop a maintenance plan for the field office, vehicles, and generator & ensure that the fuel consumptions are monitored and reported.
    • Prepare a monthly fleet plan in close coordination with the project & construction coordinator.
    • Develop & share inventory report with the project manager & the project team, manage and track equipment/assets inventory, organize regular monthly equipment/assets counts & physical check.
