    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of required financial reports and other information as needed to the Chief of Party (COP) and/or Home Office in compliance with USAID and Kaizen policies.
    • Manage financial system and set of protocols that enable transparency, accountability, and accuracy.
    • Manage internal control processes, audits, and other administrative functions.
    • Facilitate the processing of documentation for obtaining VAT exemption certificates for procurements made with USAID and other donors' funds, conducting quality control checks, and filing all documents for reimbursement.
    • Supervise the field office Operations Manager, whose team is responsible for logistics, HR, and operations.
    • Work with the Kaizen/HQ and Operations Manager in providing administrative and logistical support for all short-term consultants, serving as the liaison between Kaizen/Country and home office on administrative and financial matters related to these contracts.
    • Support the technical team to implement capacity building and school construction support to the Government of Jordan (GOJ), including, but not limited to: conducting trainings, developing training materials, and other tasks as needed or requested by the Chief of Party (COP).
    • Any other duties as assigned by management and as required by the position.
