    • Post graduate degree in public health, global health or related field is an advantage.
    • 2 years' work experience and familiarity in public health project implementation in the country.
    • Knowledge and experience in health systems strengthening programs with focus on the health building blocks.
    • Minimum working knowledge on health research, data analysis, and policy drafting and writing.
    • Experience in organizing workshops, courses, trainings, and seminars.
    • Experience in health care service provision in places of detention and interacting with detention and health authorities.
    • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Filipino.
