    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
    • Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
    • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
    • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to drive promotional campaigns and product launches.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Stay updated on industry developments competitor activities and customer preferences.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing.
    • Proven experience in sales management preferably in the retail or bedding industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
