    • Sales Manager also maintains his own platform of customers for further development and growth Conduct regular reviews with Key Accounts National and Regional Management
    • Maintain close communication with customers and KN operational managers to assure uniform understanding of customer expectations relative to operational solutions, timeline, costs and results
    • Constantly updates know how and skills and look for market information, activities and possibilities for business development
    • Responsible for supervision and guidance of sales staff
    • Responsible for regular appraisal performance interviews and performance measurement of all local sales
    • To secure a proper use of the KN sales database VLOG of his direct reports being itself an exemplary user of the system with following targets
