    TES TALENTS ET COMP TENCES TE PERMETTENT DE :

    • Soutenir la direction g n rale dans la pr paration et la coordination de dossiers prioritaires;
    • Daccueillir les visiteurs, d terminer le but de leur visite et les orienter;
    • R pondre aux demandes de renseignements par courriel, par t l phone ou en personne;
    • Valider linformation re ue et proc der facturation des services clients dans le syst me comptable;
    • Assurer la liaison pour traiter les demandes de la direction;
    • Tenir jour et classer les dossiers employ s;
    • Assurer la facturation ad quate selon les diff rents types de services offerts;
    • Assurer le suivi des renouvellements de baux selon la m thode tablie;
    • Assurer louverture et la fermeture des dossiers r sidents;
    • Soccuper de la modification et la terminaison des baux;
    • Veiller au classement des documents;
    • Effectuer, au besoin, toutes autres t ches connexes son poste afin d assurer la continuit et la qualit du service;

    TU D TIENS LES FORMATIONS ET HABILET S SUIVANTES :

    • D tenir un DEC en techniques administratives ou quivalent;
    • Exp rience pertinente dans le domaine;
    • Aptitudes marqu es pour les communications (tant l oral qu l crit);
    • Bonne connaissance des logiciels: Word, Excel, Outlook (leur quivalence Google est un atout);
    • Connaissance du syst me Primmo (atout);
