- Conduct meetings and consultations with stakeholders, including CVDB, MOLA, municipalities, and subcontractor supporting the automation efforts.
- Coordinate with the subcontractor's system developers and analysts to develop and install the new application based on the agreed upon technical specifications.
- Manage data integration and the interface with other systems, including the FMIS.
- Coordinate with the subcontractor on required training programs and technical assistance to ensure full implementation of the developed application by relevant stakeholders.
- Document all system development processes and user authorizations to ensure effective implementation and evaluation of the application.
- Other technical tasks as needed to achieve the above objectives.
