    • Architect, optimize, and validate high-performing AI solutions, guaranteeing they meet both business needs and technical standards.
    • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring and coaching the team to excel in advanced AI methodologies.
    • What You Won't Be Doing
    • Manage existing AI projects; this role goes beyond execution, focusing on shaping the strategic direction of AI at Ignite.
    • Focus on theoretical research; your expertise will be applied to solve real-world business challenges.
    • Senior AI Manager Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that significantly aligns Ignite's AI initiatives with the company's overarching business goals.
    • Basic Requirements
    • A university degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in the AI and tech industry, with a focus on AI innovation, project leadership, and team management.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing impactful AI solutions, particularly using Generative AI.
    • Strong technical proficiency, especially in Python, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in business
