    Voadera sells name brand products in a wide variety of categories. The company has been in business for 8 years has 5 locations throughout the US and is headquartered in the Minneapolis area. In addition the company has an office overseas which handles many of the technical and administrative support aspects of the business. Voadera is one of the fastest growing Ecommerce companies in the US and Voadera has aggressive growth plans to continue to expand its customer base by expanding partnerships with brands vendors and suppliers and most notably growing its own brand.

    Job Summary:

    We are in search of a motivated and adaptable individual to become an essential member of our team as a Digital Analyst / Ecommerce Associate. In this role you will play a vital role in our ecommerce operations gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of our business. You will begin as a general associate actively contributing to tasks spanning different departments. As you showcase your skills and passions the potential will arise for you to seamlessly transition into specialized roles within our company. This position is located in Amman Jordan.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    Stay knowledgeable about Amazon Marketplace and ecommerce platforms

    Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration innovation and continuous improvement

    Collaborate with different departments to support data analysis product listings customer engagement and more.

    Contribute to the creation and optimization of product listings ensuring accurate information and appealing content.

    Assist in responding to customer inquiries providing excellent service and addressing their needs.

    Participate in market research initiatives providing insights that drive business decisions.

    Contribute to marketing campaigns from content creation to online advertising under the guidance of our marketing team.

    Work closely with our operations team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize ecommerce strategies and enhance user experience.

    Identify opportunities to streamline processes enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.

    Analyze inventory data to make decisions on purchasing

    Assist in analyzing ecommerce performance metrics identifying trends and presenting actionable insights to improve business strategies.

    Contribute to regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform decisionmaking.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Ecommerce Data Science or a related field.

    Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze intricate digital data interpret trends and generate actionable insights for strategic decisionmaking.

    Proven capability to manage projects concurrently exhibit ownership of project outcomes and meet deadlines effectively.

    Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make tough decisions and drive solutions

    Show strong communication skills in written and verbal English across various channels.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

    Selfmotivated and proactive individual with a drive to contribute positively to the companys growth.

    While an entrylevel position prior experience in roles related to data analysis ecommerce customer service digital marketing project management or inventory management is advantageous.



    Skills and Qualifications: Technically savvy with the ability to use various computer systems Experience with process optimization and project planning required High integrity, ethical, with ability to act with discretion in sensitive matters Strong interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in e-commerce with comprehensive understanding of supply chain management Familiar with start-up environment and have warehouse set-up experience Prior experience with lean or 6-sigma principles is preferred Strong desire to grow to Director or higher level with a growing company
