    • BA/BS degree in a relevant field,
    • 2-3 years of experience in International NGO Operations and/or Compliance fields, particularly with regard to donor compliance;
    • Demonstrated understanding of complex emergencies, related compliance concerns and appropriate responses with experience in insecure environments.
    • Advanced speaking and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Previous experience and in-depth understanding of Syrian context.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively.
    • Knowledge of donor regulations including USAID, EC, DFID regulations is an asset.
    • Experience in database management; database design experience strongly preferred.
    • Excellent negotiation and representation skills.
