    • Build Digital Marketing Strategies and plans to help achieve the STS Marketing and Communications Objectives
    • Manage the execution, measurement, and budget of paid marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEM, Account Based Marketing ads, retargeting, and content syndication.
    • Own strategy to segment multichannel campaigns into discrete marketing tracks based on funnel stage and persona.
    • Own website performance, optimizing for both conversions and SEO.
    • Serve as the marketing team's channel performance expert - sharing reports and insights and making recommendations across all marketing programs.
    • Measure and optimize email marketing and outbound Sales Development Representatives campaign performance.
    • Recommend new digital vendors, channels, and agencies for performance optimization.
    • Manage all STS Internal and External Digital Channels and manage tools
    • Manage email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment.
    • Provide visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs.
    • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications, Product and Sales Teams etc. to define optimal digital/ nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
    • Define and run A/B tests and optimize campaigns; Utilize personalization and other techniques to increase audience engagement
    • Monitor the size and quality of the marketable database and feedback course-corrective actions as needed.
    • Stay informed of industry best practices & suggesting experimentations to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Provide other digital support like webpage production
