    1. End to end Technical talent acquisition within defined TAT & new joinee retention in support of business unit goals
    2. Implement talent acquisition strategies in close coordination with hiring managers and Business leaders
    3. Writing effective job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
    4. Ensure that recruitment budget & per hire cost is controlled and maintained as per Annual operating plan of Business Unit
    5. Responsible for Job postings on various social media platforms, jobsites , headhunting , sourcing, screening ,maintaining competition analysis, following the interview matrix, administer technology specific assessment tests, interview matrix , reference checks, offer & joining follow-up.
