    • About the job

      Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools.
    • Deliver local and remote IT support (PC and server troubleshooting).
    • Optimizing and maintaining network security protocols, such as secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs), to ensure data is protected.
    • Support and administer Windows Servers, Linux Servers
    • Perform regular system health checks to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
    • Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup.
    • Performing necessary upgrades and repairs
    • Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
    • Manage user accounts and data backups.
    • Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Servers, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet (Sophos is plus), Cisco, AD, DC, VMware (Oracle KVM is plus), and Veeam Backup.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields.
    • 4 - 5 years experience
