    • Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Catering, to ensure seamless execution of events.
    • Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Managing logistics and details of events, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
    • Handling administrative tasks related to booking, contracts, and billing.
    • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offering to remain competitive in the market.
    • Uploading brand standard and policies to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
    • Escort group guest as necessarily and meets group leaders on regular basis to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
