    Importante cliente de la industria Retail l der en el segmento de accesorios de moda y lifestyle con presencia en pa ses de LATAM, busca District Expirience Manager quien ser responsable de:

    • Ser referente y promover la cultura y valores de la organizaci n.
    • Garantizar los B sicos de la Experiencia de Compra de acuerdo con los procedimientos vigentes en las tiendas de su distrito. (excelencia en la operaci n de caja, visual merchandising, imagen de marca, atenci n al cliente).
    • Implementar la estrategia comercial maximizando la rentabilidad y superando los objetivos de ventas de su distrito.
    • Planificar y dar seguimiento a las actividades del rea de acuerdo con el orden de importancia, recursos disponibles y sentido de urgencia.
    • Velar por la seguridad e integridad del equipo, clientes y de los recursos interactuando con las reas de apoyo.
    • Desarrollar un equipo altamente capacitado para ejercer las funciones propias de tienda.
    • Monitorear los indicadores obtenidos por el distrito y fijar acciones correctivas a la estrategia comercial.
    • Liderar a su equipo de trabajo para mantener una alta motivaci n y sentido de pertenencia contribuyendo a un clima laboral de excelencia.
    • Detectar las fortalezas de la competencia y el mercado, para realizar informes y propuestas de mejoras dentro de la organizaci n.
    • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las actividades administrativas de sus tiendas. (Ej: Flujo de efectivos, licencias vigentes, incidencias, etc.)
    • Trabajar en equipo con el rea de Producto, Marketing y Visual, mediante una comunicaci n y retroalimentaci n constante, constructiva y objetiva de las particularidades de su distrito.

    Requirements

    • Profesionales o con estudios universitarios avanzados.
    • Contar con al menos 3 a os de experiencia en cargos similares.
    • Disponibilidad full time.
    • Manejo Paquete Office Avanzado (Power Point, Word, Excel)
    • Disponibilidad para movilizarse por Chile.
