    Nous sommes leader de la génération de leads et soutenons la croissance de 200 clients à travers 15 pays. Nous avons la chance d'avoir une équipe d'experts, travaillant à distance et dans nos bureaux en France et aux États-Unis, avec 16 nationalités différentes représentées.

    Dolead travaille aux côtés des équipes marketing et commerciales de ses clients pour soutenir leur croissance, en lançant des campagnes d'acquisition payantes et en générant des leads prêts à être vendus à un coût fixe par lead.

    Nous recherchons un profil Business Development Representative pour travailler avec notre équipe et soutenir notre croissance sur le marché Francophone : vous serez responsable de générer des leads (B2B) et d'organiser des meetings avec les prospects pour notre équipe Sales.

    Mission Freelance / full remote (+/- 1 à 2h de Paris)

    Seul.e.s les candidat.e.s correspondant au profil recherché (localisation, expérience, niveaux de langues) seront considérés

    2 à 4 jours / semaine

    Rôle :

    • Générer des leads qualifiés via différents canaux (cold call, email, LinkedIn...)
    • Enrichir la base de données prospects via des recherches avancées
    • Qualifier les prospects et déterminer leur intérêt pour les services de Dolead
    • Organiser des premiers RDV avec les prospects (discovery) pour l'équipe Sales
    • Suivre et assurer un reporting de l'activité de prospection (CRM)
    • Assurer une veille régulière des tendances du marché
    • Assurer le respect des process Sales en place

    Profil :

    1 à 2 ans d'expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire de développement commercial

    Excellent interpersonnel

    Capacité à travailler en autonomie mais aussi en équipe

    Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'un CRM (ex HubSpot)

    Forte orientation résultats

    Français & Anglais courant obligatoires
