    • Managing day-to-day accounting operations while supervising the accountants
    • Reviewing and managing payments and journal entries
    • Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare accounting entries
    • Following up with internal departments and external parties on payments and revenue collection processes
    • Generating weekly cashflow reports
    • Generating monthly "profit & loss market" reports
    • Assisting with monthly closings and preparations of financial statements
    • Reconciliation of bank statements
    • Cooperating with external auditors to prepare and complete the annual auditing process
    • Performing cashflow forecasting and budgeting
    • Managing payroll administration
    • Managing with implementing and maintaining internal financial control and procedures
    • Preparing official letters, as needed
    • Managing petty cash and its documentation
    • Fully handle the logging, management and quality assurance of entries in the deployed accounting software
    • Any assigned task that contributes to the continued success of DME
