    • Prepare and take minutes of HSS meetings .
    • Support with organizing HSS and Access-related events, including workshops and seminars including first aid training and others as assigned .
    • Conduct security assessments for newly identified apartments.
    • Maintain the HSS training stock inventory.
    • Raise procurement requests for necessary items and ensure they are purchased in timely manner relate to HSS department .
    • Conduct security briefings and inductions for new staff and visitors.
    • In coordination with the regional security advisors, draft and distribute relevant security advisories.
    • Support in the context monitoring.
    • Contribute to drafting relevant security plans for MENA Regional Office premises.
    • Coordinate with admin team in ensuring NRC infrastructure are compliant.
    • Maintain HSS share point pages and trackers up to date .
