    • Work with colleagues and counterparts, identify and prioritize those aspects of clinical service delivery within the scope of this project that most need improvements in quality;
    • Design and implement training in QI/QA and clinical improvement methods;
    • In collaboration with M&E Director and other colleagues and counterparts, facilitate expansion of the use of evidence-based data for decision-making;
    • Develop strategies and approaches (i.e., change packages) to target improvements in clinical service delivery areas identified (RMNCH, FP, etc.);
    • Design and implement roll-out of quality assurance at the central and regional level;
    • Support continued institutionalization of QI/QA in Jordan; and
    • Do other tasks as may be required of the project.
