    • In coordination with PM, develop SOP's, safety and security guidance/checklists for the ECED centers and follow-up on the implementation of these plans and regulations
    • Ensure all staff, including teachers, IBV's, as well as guards are properly trained and up-to-date on security and safety regulations at the center as well as WV's safeguarding policies
    • In coordination with PM, raise and follow-up on any incident reports occurring in the center or affecting ECED programming
    • Conduct needs assessments at the center to ensure that any maintenance/safety and security needs are properly identified and addressed in a timely manner
    • Ensure all required permits for camp entry are in place in coordination with the team, SRAD and camp management
