    Data Management

    • Support development and management of new databases as necessary for reporting needs.
    • Ensure all data is consolidated into the main database between the different Programs Units and community centres (QRFCC/QRCEC).
    • Ensure the information included by the project's teams (and community centre's) is updated and accurate.
    • Identify missing data and follow up with the team to correct errors and improve data quality.
    • Ensure regular back-ups of the IM data as well as the Kobo data is taken and saved on SharePoint.
    • Assist in calculating monthly indicator trackers.
    • Perform regular checks of the systems and databases in each project and field office to ensure high quality data collection.
    • Assist in developing data collection forms, including their creation and transfer to the data collection software (KoBo toolbox- ODK forms);
    • Work with the Program Quality and Research Senior Manager on analysing and disaggregating data to feed into monthly reporting and donor reporting requirements, using SQL and any other tool
    • Work on preparing quarterly and annual reports for SMT (including the required disaggregation's) using data visualization software.
    • Under the guidance and supervision of the Program Quality and Research Senior Manager, lead the development of dashboards that gathers the output and outcomes at project and program levels.
    • Ensure data collected is well-organized and easily readable, and data is easily disaggregated into sex/gender, age, date and type of assistance received.
    • Perform any data management task assigned by the Program Quality and Research Senior Manager.
