About the job
The TransPerfect group is looking for its brand TransPerfect Media, specialized in localization (dubbing, subtitling, audio-description), restoration, post-production and distribution of audiovisual productions, an HR Admin and Payroll Specialist to join its team . Attached to the Human Resources department of the TransPerfect Group, your main mission will be to be the preferred contact for employees on all aspects of payroll and personnel administration for France. Contract : Permanent contract (3-month trial period, renewable for 3 months) Personnel Administration :- Manage administrative entry/exit procedures for employees
- Participate in the drafting of employment contracts and their amendments
- Monitor trial periods and end of contracts (CDD, work-study contracts)
- Manage administrative requests from employees (health supplement, welfare, sick leave, work/travel accidents, etc.).
- Update the group HRIS and the time management tool
- Manage and monitor medical visits
- Ensure administrative follow-up of interns
- Payroll Management:
- Centralize, consolidate and transmit payroll data to the payroll provider (overtime management, transport tickets, advance payments, etc.)
- Control and validate payroll elements
- Monitor the processing of IJ Prévoyance files
- Manage restaurant voucher orders
- Edit/update monthly, annual and on-demand reports
- Store payroll deliverables in payroll files (shared folder)
- Guarantee the proper functioning and optimize payroll tools
